Off-plan payment milestone tracking absent
Qatar property developers and agencies selling off-plan units in Lusail City, The Pearl, and West Bay structure sales as payment plans spread over the construction period and beyond. A buyer may commit to a unit worth QAR 2 million with payments tied to construction milestones: 10% on contract, 5% at foundation, 10% at first floor, and so on through handover and post-handover. Each buyer has a different start date, a different payment schedule, and a different outstanding balance at any given time. Tracking this in a spreadsheet is the default. The CRM contains the contact record and a single deal value. Payment milestone tracking exists separately, is not linked to the buyer record, and is not visible to the sales or relationship team inside the CRM. Ignited Nepal builds a milestone payment sub-record structure within the CRM deal. Each milestone is recorded with: milestone name, expected date, expected amount, actual payment date, actual amount received, and outstanding balance. Automated reminders are sent to buyers before each milestone due date. Sales and relationship managers see payment status per buyer in the CRM without opening a spreadsheet.
