Revenue Architecture · Qatar

Qatar's revenue website agency — Arabic and English designed natively for real estate, construction, and hospitality.

Qatar's digital investment has accelerated sharply, but most business websites here still function as static brochures — English-first, no conversion architecture, and invisible to Arabic-speaking buyers. We build Arabic and English revenue websites: natively bilingual from day one, with a conversion goal per page and performance under 2 seconds on Ooredoo and Vodafone Qatar networks.

Built for Qatar businesses ready to turn their digital presence into a lead source

You're a real estate developer or agency in Doha — launching projects in Lusail, The Pearl, or West Bay — and your competitors have polished bilingual digital presences while yours looks dated or English-only.

You're a construction or contracting company in Qatar that submits tenders regularly but rarely receives inbound enquiries from the website — procurement teams who find you online form a first impression before they ever make contact, and that impression is underperforming.

You're a hospitality group, hotel, or F&B business in Qatar that relies on walk-ins and word of mouth — and you've recognised that direct digital enquiries are now a meaningful revenue channel that your current website isn't capturing.

You're an international business entering Qatar under Vision 2030 and you need a website that works for both Qatari Arabic-speaking decision-makers and the international English-speaking business community — one site, both audiences, no compromises.

What's broken

Here's what's stopping your site from converting in either language

No conversion logic

Your website describes your company. It doesn't tell a prospective client — in Arabic or English — what to do next, why now, or what they can expect. Every page ends with a generic contact address. There is no architecture guiding a visitor toward a tender enquiry, a property viewing booking, or a consultation request. Visitors read and leave, and there is no data to show you where they went.

Arabic as an afterthought

Most Qatar business websites are built in English and translated. The Arabic version is an afterthought — layout designed for LTR with RTL text dropped in, font sizes too small for Arabic body copy, copy that reads as translated English rather than Arabic written for Arabic readers. Arabic-speaking visitors — a significant portion of Qatar's B2B decision-making population — notice this immediately. It signals that you don't really serve them.

Performance that fails on Qatar mobile networks

Qatar has high mobile penetration and business buyers who research on mobile across Ooredoo and Vodafone QA networks. A website with LCP above 4 seconds on mobile loses most of those visitors before they read a single sentence. Most Qatar business websites have no image optimisation, no CDN configured for GCC-region edge nodes, and no caching strategy. This is not a technical complexity — it is a solvable commercial problem.

Invisible to Arabic search

"تصميم مواقع قطر" and "web design Qatar" return different results. If your website has no native Arabic content — not translated, native — it doesn't rank for Arabic queries in Google Qatar. The Arabic-speaking audience that searches first in Arabic finds your competitors, not you. Building a proper Arabic SEO footprint alongside the English one is a structural requirement, not an optional enhancement.

What we engineer

Six services. One goal: your website generates revenue.

Revenue website design

We build websites where every page has a single, defined conversion goal — a call, a form submission, a demo request. Copy is written to match what your buyer is thinking when they arrive, not what you want to say about yourself. Layout, hierarchy, and CTAs are tested before launch. Deliverable: a website that tells you exactly how many leads it generates each month.

SaaS interface design

Product UI, dashboard design, and user onboarding flows for software products. Figma wireframes to production-ready code. Accessibility standards and Core Web Vitals enforced throughout. If you're building a SaaS product in Nepal or for an international market, this is the design layer that makes it usable and trustworthy.

Website rebuild

We audit your existing site first — Core Web Vitals, conversion logic, SEO structure, page architecture. Then we rebuild with the right foundation. Not a visual refresh: a revenue rebuild. The result is a faster, higher-converting site with a clear measurement framework from day one.

Landing pages

Single-goal pages for paid traffic, email campaigns, or product launches. Intent-matched copy, single CTA, A/B test framework built in. We build pages that match what your visitor was promised before they clicked — and give them one clear action to take.

CRO audit

We install Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar, record sessions, analyse heatmaps, and map every drop-off point in your conversion funnel. Output is a prioritised list of fixes scored by revenue impact — not a slide deck of vague observations. You know exactly what to fix first and why.

Web performance

Core Web Vitals remediation: LCP, CLS, INP. Image optimisation, lazy loading, caching strategy, CDN configuration. We guarantee LCP under 2.0 seconds on mobile. If your site is slow, Google is already ranking it lower — this is not a cosmetic fix.

What changes

Before and after: what a native bilingual revenue website delivers in Qatar

Before
After
Before LCP 5.4s on mobile (no CDN, no image optimisation)
After LCP < 2.0s on mobile, GCC CDN nodes, all CWV green
Before English-only website — invisible to Arabic search
After Native Arabic content with separate SEO footprint for Arabic Google Qatar
Before Arabic version is translated English — broken RTL, wrong typography
After Arabic designed natively — RTL CSS, correct Arabic typefaces, culturally appropriate hierarchy
Before 0 tender enquiries per quarter from the website
After 8–14 tender enquiries per quarter at 6 months
Before English visitors converting at 2.9%, Arabic visitors at 0.4%
After Arabic and English CVR within 20% of each other — both languages converting
How it works

From audit to revenue: how a build works.

  1. 01

    Web architecture review

    Days 1–5

We audit your current website across four dimensions: Core Web Vitals performance, conversion logic per page, page architecture and IA, and SEO structure. Every issue is scored by estimated revenue impact so you know what costs you the most right now.

  2. 02

    Conversion architecture

    Weeks 1–2

We define a single conversion goal for every page. We map the user journey from first visit to enquiry. We redesign the information architecture so every page answers the visitor's question and gives them one clear action.

  3. 03

    Design

    Weeks 2–5

Figma wireframes, then a full design system (type, colour, spacing, component library), then high-fidelity mockups for every template. One revision round is included. You review in Figma before anything goes to development.

  4. 04

    Build

    Weeks 4–10

Development in your chosen platform — WordPress, Webflow, Next.js, or Shopify. WCAG AA accessibility and Core Web Vitals standards enforced throughout. You receive a staging environment link for review and approval before launch.

  5. 05

    CRO layer

    Pre-launch

Before go-live: GA4 conversion tracking configured, Clarity or Hotjar installed with heatmap goals set, A/B test framework configured for first test. You launch knowing exactly what you're measuring.

  6. 06

    Launch and optimise

    Ongoing

Monthly conversion rate review using GA4 and heatmap data. Core Web Vitals monitored. Iterative improvements based on what the data shows. No guesswork — every change is tied to a metric.

Questions worth answering directly

How do you handle Arabic website design — is it just translated from English?

Native Arabic website design and translation are different things. Translation takes English copy and converts it into Arabic text, which is then placed into a layout designed for left-to-right reading. The result is visually and linguistically wrong to Arabic readers: the layout direction may be corrected but the hierarchy, typography weight, and copy structure still reflect English conventions. We design the Arabic version of the site independently — RTL CSS built from the ground up, Arabic typeface selected and sized for Arabic reading patterns (which are distinct from English), and content hierarchy designed for the Arabic reader's eye movement and decision-making conventions. English and Arabic share a codebase but are designed as separate layout exercises. A Qatari Arabic reader and an English-speaking international reader both get a site that reads as if it was made for them.

What industries do you work with in Qatar?

Real estate, construction and contracting, hospitality and F&B, professional services, and infrastructure are our primary verticals in Qatar. Each has specific conversion architecture requirements: a real estate developer needs per-project enquiry flows; a construction company needs a tender submission mechanism and a project credential presentation; a hospitality business needs per-venue booking conversion. We understand these sector-specific patterns and build them into the conversion architecture rather than applying a generic template.

How long does a bilingual website build take?

A full bilingual Arabic/English revenue website build takes 10–14 weeks from architecture review to launch. An English-only build for a Qatar business is typically 8–12 weeks. Landing pages in both languages are 4–5 weeks. Rush timelines compromise Arabic design quality — a native Arabic layout built under time pressure typically becomes a translated English layout with RTL text, which is the problem most clients are trying to move away from.

What platforms do you build bilingual sites on?

WordPress with WPML (for businesses with frequent content updates and Doha-based content teams), Webflow with Weglot (for visual CMS preference), or headless Next.js (for enterprise-scale or real estate platforms with property search functionality). CDN is configured for GCC edge nodes regardless of platform.

What's the difference between a revenue website and a regular website?

A revenue website has a defined conversion goal for every page — a property enquiry, a tender submission, a consultation booking — and is built to convert a specific visitor type at a specific stage of their decision process. A regular website presents company information and provides contact details. In Qatar's market, the distinction matters because buyers research digitally before making contact, and their first impression of your website directly influences whether they reach out. A revenue website is built to convert that impression into an action.

How do you measure whether the website is working?

GA4 is configured with language segmentation and conversion tracking before launch. Lead volume and conversion rate are tracked separately for Arabic and English visitors. Heatmaps run on both versions. Monthly reports show conversion rate by language, by page, and by source. You can see at any point whether your Arabic website is generating Arabic-language leads and whether your English website is generating international enquiries.

Do you work with businesses in the wider GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain?

Yes. Our bilingual Arabic/English website work is relevant across the GCC. The core technical requirements — native RTL CSS, Arabic typeface performance, GCC CDN configuration, Arabic SEO structure — are consistent across GCC markets. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain engagements follow the same bilingual architecture process as Qatar.

Do you do design-only projects (Figma handoff)?

Yes. We deliver complete bilingual Figma files — both Arabic and English layouts, design system, all screens — with annotated specs, RTL implementation notes (stylesheet architecture, font loading strategy), and Arabic-specific developer guidance. If you have a development team in Doha or elsewhere in the GCC, a bilingual Figma handoff is available as a standalone engagement.
