Integration Audit
We review your website, CRM, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business setup, and any other platform that touches your customer or lead data. We document what is connected, what is broken, what data is being lost between systems, and where Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law compliance considerations apply to your current data flows. The audit produces a clear map of your integration landscape before any build work begins.
Integration Specification
We produce a written specification for each integration required, covering what data moves between which systems, in which direction, under what trigger conditions, and with what field mappings. The specification covers WhatsApp event capture, form-to-CRM flows, payment gateway webhook handling, and any automation rules required. It is written in enough detail that any competent developer can implement it and serves as the permanent reference document for your integration architecture.
CRM Field Mapping
We map every data point your website, WhatsApp Business API, and payment platforms generate to the corresponding fields in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. For Qatar-market CRM setups, this includes fields for Arabic name input, Qatar address structure, WhatsApp conversation source, and any deal classification fields specific to your business. Where field types or character set handling create mismatches, we resolve them in the specification.
API and Webhook Setup
We build the connections between your website and your target systems using the appropriate API and webhook mechanisms. For HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho, this uses their native APIs. For Telr and PayTabs, payment webhook events trigger CRM updates and email platform flows. For WhatsApp Business API, we connect the API to your CRM so that new WhatsApp conversations create or update contact records and attribution data is captured alongside the conversation event. Every connection is built to specification and tested before handover.
Form-to-CRM Flow
We configure each website form to submit data directly to your CRM in real time, with full field mapping, UTM parameter capture in hidden fields, and conditional routing logic based on form field values. For Arabic-language forms, we ensure that field mapping handles Arabic character input correctly and that the CRM records reflect the original Arabic input rather than a transliteration.
Data Quality Checks
We configure validation rules, deduplication logic, and data cleansing processes appropriate for your Qatar-market contact data. Deduplication accounts for the common case where the same contact initiates contact via WhatsApp and later submits a form, and where Arabic and English name variants of the same person create separate records. Clean data in is the prerequisite for reliable reporting out.
Automation Setup
We build the lead routing rules, assignment logic, notification triggers, and lifecycle stage transitions your CRM requires. For Qatar-market businesses, routing rules can be based on service type, language of enquiry (Arabic or English), deal value, or geographic area within Qatar. WhatsApp enquiries and form submissions are routed through the same logic and produce the same CRM record structure, so your pipeline reporting covers both channels consistently.
Testing
We test every integration end to end with real and synthetic data. We test WhatsApp click event capture, UTM parameter pass-through, form submission CRM record creation, payment webhook CRM updates, automation trigger firing, and deduplication logic for Arabic and English contact variants. Test results are documented and reviewed before any connection goes live.
Documentation
We produce written documentation for every integration: what each connection does, how it was built, where the relevant settings live in each platform, and what to check if something stops working. Documentation is provided in English and Arabic where required by your team.
