API & CRM INTEGRATIONS

Connect your website to the tools that run your business so leads arrive clean, complete, and in the right system

Your website is generating enquiries. Your CRM is where those enquiries become clients. When the two are not properly connected, data is lost, attribution disappears, and your team spends time doing manually what an integration does in real time. Ignited Nepal builds these connections for businesses operating across the UAE.

This is for you if

If your website and your business systems are operating in isolation from each other, this service applies to you.

Your website has a contact or enquiry form. Every submission sends an email notification to your team. Someone reads it, copies the details into a CRM or spreadsheet, and sends a WhatsApp or call manually. The problem is not effort. The problem is that this process drops data, introduces delay, and depends on people remembering to do things that a properly connected system would do automatically.

Your online store is processing orders. Your inventory system does not know. Payment confirmations from Telr or PayTabs are not flowing into your accounting or CRM platform. Your team reconciles manually at the end of each day. Connecting these systems removes that work and reduces the risk of errors that affect fulfilment and customer experience.

You are running campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to reach UAE buyers and clients. People click, visit your website, fill in a form, and some become clients. But your CRM shows no source for most of those contacts because UTM parameters were lost at the form submission. You are spending on campaigns you cannot measure.

What's broken

Four integration problems that appear consistently across UAE business websites. Each one is fixable.

Form submissions reach an inbox but not a CRM

When your website form submits to an email address rather than a CRM endpoint, the lead has no structured record, no automated follow-up, and no route to your sales pipeline. It exists in an inbox until someone acts on it, or it does not.

UTM parameters not passed through to the CRM

A prospect clicks a Meta ad, lands on your UAE landing page, fills in a contact form, and the UTM source, medium, and campaign data is dropped. Your CRM records the lead with no origin. You cannot calculate cost per lead by channel or make confident decisions about where your marketing budget is working.

Lead records arrive in the CRM with missing fields

Your form captures a name, email, and phone number. Your CRM expects a company name, interest category, location in the UAE, and budget range. Because the form does not map to the CRM schema, those fields are blank on every incoming record. Sales reps start every conversation without context.

The same contact exists in multiple systems with different data

A prospect has enquired through your website, booked a call via your calendar tool, and replied to a campaign email. They exist in three places with slight differences in name, phone format, or email address. Nobody knows which record is current. A CRM built on duplicate records is not a CRM. It is organised noise.

What we engineer

Seven deliverables in every UAE integration engagement.

Integration Audit

We map your existing website, forms, CRM, and connected platforms. We identify what is connected, what is not, and where data is lost in transit. For UAE businesses this typically includes reviewing WhatsApp lead capture, Telr or PayTabs payment flows, and CRM configuration in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

CRM Field Mapping

We map every form field to its corresponding CRM field. Where CRM fields do not exist, we create them. No submission data is discarded. Every field the form collects arrives in the CRM correctly labelled and formatted.

API Connection or Webhook Setup

We connect your website to your CRM, email platform, payment gateway, booking system, or other third-party tool using the appropriate method: native API, webhook, or middleware. For UAE businesses, this includes Telr and PayTabs payment integrations and WhatsApp Business API for lead notifications and routing.

Form-to-CRM Flow with UTM Attribution

We build the end-to-end flow from form submission to CRM record creation, with hidden field injection to capture UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and the referring and landing page URLs. Every lead in your CRM carries its acquisition context.

WhatsApp Business API Lead Routing

We configure WhatsApp Business API notifications so that new leads trigger an immediate message to your sales team or an automated response to the prospect. Routing logic is set by lead source, service interest, or location within the UAE.

Data Quality and Deduplication

We build rules to prevent duplicate contact records from being created on new submissions and set up merge logic for existing duplicates. We configure field validation to flag incorrectly formatted data at entry rather than after it reaches the CRM.

Testing and Documentation

We test every integration end to end before handover using real and simulated data. We produce documentation covering the full architecture, field mapping, automation logic, and maintenance procedures.

What changes

Four outcomes when your UAE business website is properly connected to its systems.

Before
After
Before When your website form submits to an email address rather than a CRM endpoint, the lead has no structured record, no automated follow-up, and no route to your sales pipeline. It exists in an inbox until someone acts on it, or it does not.
After Every form submission creates a full CRM record automatically, including contact details, source attribution, landing page, and custom qualification fields. No manual copying. No missing data. No leads lost in inboxes.
Before A prospect clicks a Meta ad, lands on your UAE landing page, fills in a contact form, and the UTM source, medium, and campaign data is dropped. Your CRM records the lead with no origin. You cannot calculate cost per lead by channel or make confident decisions about where your marketing budget is working.
After UTM parameters captured on the first visit are stored and passed through the form submission into your CRM. Your team can see which Meta campaigns, Google Ads keywords, or LinkedIn promotions are producing clients, not just form fills. That visibility changes how budget decisions are made.
Before Your form captures a name, email, and phone number. Your CRM expects a company name, interest category, location in the UAE, and budget range. Because the form does not map to the CRM schema, those fields are blank on every incoming record. Sales reps start every conversation without context.
After New lead records trigger a WhatsApp message to the assigned rep or team channel within seconds of form submission. No delay. No checking an inbox. Response time drops, and conversion rates improve as a result.
Before A prospect has enquired through your website, booked a call via your calendar tool, and replied to a campaign email. They exist in three places with slight differences in name, phone format, or email address. Nobody knows which record is current. A CRM built on duplicate records is not a CRM. It is organised noise.
After Deduplication rules, merge logic, and field validation work together to produce a CRM where every contact is a single, accurate record. When your team works from data they trust, pipeline management improves and forecasting reflects reality.
How it works

Four steps from audit to a working integration.

  1. 01

    Integration Audit

    Week 1

We review your website, forms, CRM, payment setup, and third-party tools. We document every gap between data collected and data received by your business systems. You receive a written audit report before any work begins.

  2. 02

    Integration Specification

    Week 1-2

We produce a specification covering field mapping, trigger conditions, WhatsApp routing logic, automation rules, and testing criteria. You review and approve this document before the build begins.

  3. 03

    Build and Connect

    Week 2-4

We build each integration per specification. This includes CRM configuration, API or webhook setup, UTM hidden field injection, WhatsApp Business API configuration, payment gateway connection, and automation logic in your CRM.

  4. 04

    Test, Document, and Hand Over

    Week 4-5

We test every integration end to end, document the full architecture, and walk your team through the system at handover. You receive full documentation and the knowledge to maintain it.

Common questions

FAQ

We use Zoho CRM in our UAE business. Can you connect our website without rebuilding it?

Connecting an existing website to Zoho CRM does not require a site rebuild. We use Zoho's REST API or webhook endpoints, update the form submission logic on your existing site, and inject hidden fields for UTM attribution. The site stays as it is and the integration runs behind it.

Can you integrate Telr or PayTabs into our website and CRM?

Both Telr and PayTabs provide payment APIs and webhook support. We connect your payment gateway to your CRM or accounting platform so that transaction confirmation data flows automatically to the right record. This removes manual reconciliation and gives your team real-time visibility of payment status against CRM records.

How does WhatsApp Business API integration work for lead routing?

WhatsApp Business API allows outbound messages to be triggered by external events, including form submissions. When a new lead fills in your website form, the integration fires a WhatsApp message to a nominated sales rep or shared team number with the lead's details. We configure the message template, routing conditions, and fallback logic as part of the integration build.

Can you handle integrations that span multiple systems, for example a website, a CRM, and a property listing platform?

Yes, multi-system integrations are common for UAE real estate and property businesses. We map the data flows between each system, identify where middleware or custom API development is needed, and build the connections to spec. The integration specification produced at the start of the project defines exactly what is being built before any development begins.

How long does a UAE integration project typically take?

A standard engagement covering one CRM, two or three forms, UTM attribution, and WhatsApp notification routing takes three to five weeks from audit to handover. Projects involving multiple systems, custom API development, or Telr and PayTabs connections alongside CRM setup typically take four to six weeks. The timeline is confirmed in the integration specification before build work begins.

Your website is collecting leads that your CRM is not receiving

Every day your business operates without proper integrations, enquiries are being lost to manual process, attribution data is being discarded, and your sales team is working from incomplete records. An integration audit tells you exactly where the gaps are and what closing them requires.
