Do we need a full Arabic version of the site or just a partial translation?

A partial Arabic translation, where some pages exist in Arabic and others do not, creates an inconsistent experience for Arabic-speaking visitors and can reduce the trust the site builds. A full Arabic version, built to the same structural and content standard as the English version, is what produces equivalent conversion rates across both language audiences.
