PAID REPORTING SYSTEM

One report that connects ad spend to revenue — no more platform screenshots

Most paid media reports show platform metrics — impressions, clicks, and a ROAS figure that does not match your CRM, does not separate Arabic and English channel performance, and does not tell you what each dirham of spend is actually producing in pipeline value or closed revenue. Ignited Nepal builds a unified reporting system that connects Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, your CRM, and call tracking into one dashboard — reporting in AED, separating performance by language and market, and showing the business outcomes that matter.

This is for you if

Who This Is For

This service is built for three types of businesses operating in the UAE that are running paid advertising across Arabic and English markets without a unified picture of what is producing results.

The Business Owner Spending Across Markets — You are running campaigns in both Arabic and English — targeting different audiences, different platforms, sometimes different products or price points. Your current reports either combine all performance into a single number or produce separate platform exports that no one has time to reconcile. You need one report that shows performance by language, by channel, and by outcome — in AED.

The Marketing Manager Reporting Across a Regional Business — You are responsible for paid acquisition across the UAE and potentially other GCC markets, and you need to report to leadership or a regional head office on what the spend is producing. Your current process involves pulling from Google Ads, Meta, and your CRM separately — and the numbers from each source tell a different story. A Paid Reporting System gives you one version of the truth.

The Team Without a Reliable Attribution Picture — You are making budget decisions across Google Ads, Meta, and potentially TikTok or Snapchat, but the data informing those decisions is platform-reported metrics that are not connected to your actual sales pipeline. In a market where a significant portion of conversions happen via phone call or WhatsApp rather than a web form, ad platform reporting misses a substantial portion of the actual business outcome. A reporting system that includes call tracking and CRM data closes that gap.

What's broken

What's Broken

Platform Screenshots Are Not Business Metrics

Google Ads and Meta both produce dashboards filled with numbers. Those numbers come from each platform's own attribution model and stop at the point of click or form submission. They do not tell you what happened after the lead entered your CRM, what the deal value was, or which campaigns contributed to closed revenue. Platform screenshots describe activity; a Paid Reporting System describes outcomes.

Arabic and English Performance Are Not Separated

Running combined Arabic and English campaigns and reporting them as a single performance number hides significant differences in cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rate between the two audience segments. When Arabic and English channel performance are not tracked separately, budget decisions are made on blended averages that may be masking a strong performer and a weak one.

CRM Data Is Siloed From Ad Data

Your CRM holds your pipeline, your deal values, and your close rates. Your ad platforms hold your spend and click data. Without a system that connects the two, cost per acquisition is estimated rather than measured, and revenue attribution by channel is not possible. In the UAE, where B2B sales cycles and high-value consumer purchases often involve extended CRM pipelines, this gap is particularly costly.

Offline Conversions Are Missing From the Report

In the UAE, a significant proportion of leads do not arrive via a web form. They come via phone call, WhatsApp message, or walk-in visit. Ad platform reporting counts none of these as conversions unless a call tracking or offline conversion import is specifically configured. A Paid Reporting System that does not include offline conversion data is systematically undercounting the value of campaigns that drive phone and message enquiries — and likely misdirecting budget as a result.

What we engineer

What We Do

Report Specification

We define what metrics matter for your business and how they connect to outcomes — in AED, with Arabic and English segmentation built into the specification from the start. This means agreeing on currency settings, language and audience segment definitions, attribution windows (including how offline conversions via call and WhatsApp are counted), and what pipeline stages are relevant for reporting. The report specification is the document the entire system is built from.

Data Source Connections

We connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 to the reporting layer, with currency reporting set to AED and multi-currency conversion included where campaigns run across GCC markets in different currencies. For CRM, we connect your platform — whether that is Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or a custom system — pulling pipeline stage, deal value, and lead source data. Call tracking is connected where a tool is in place; where calls and WhatsApp are handled outside a formal tracking system, we design a structured input process to capture offline conversion data.

Dashboard Build

We build your reporting dashboard in Looker Studio, with Arabic and English channel performance displayed as separate segments alongside combined totals. All figures report in AED. For businesses running campaigns across multiple GCC markets, multi-currency reporting is included — with local currency figures displayed alongside AED equivalents. The dashboard shows spend, leads, pipeline value, cost per acquisition, and revenue by channel in one view.

Automated Email Delivery

Reports are delivered automatically to the people who need them — weekly for performance monitoring, monthly for strategic and leadership review. Automated delivery is configured to reach relevant stakeholders across your team, including regional or head office contacts where applicable.

Weekly and Monthly Report Templates

Two report templates are delivered: a weekly performance report covering spend in AED, leads by channel and language segment, and cost per lead; and a monthly summary covering pipeline generated, conversion rates, and revenue attribution by channel. Both templates are formatted for internal reporting and can be shared directly with leadership or regional management without further editing.

Common questions

FAQ

Can the dashboard report in both AED and USD for regional campaigns?

Multi-currency reporting is included for businesses running campaigns across GCC markets. The dashboard displays figures in AED as the primary currency, with secondary currency columns or conversion notes where campaigns are running in USD, SAR, or other regional currencies. Exchange rate conversion is either set at a fixed rate or pulled dynamically depending on your preference.

How is Arabic and English campaign performance tracked separately?

Segmentation by language is built into the data layer during the connection phase — using campaign naming conventions, audience segment labels, or UTM parameters to tag each conversion and spend data point by language. The dashboard then reports Arabic and English performance as separate rows, allowing direct comparison of cost per lead, lead quality, and revenue contribution between the two.

What happens with leads that come in via WhatsApp or phone rather than a web form?

Offline conversions — calls, WhatsApp messages, in-person enquiries — are included in the reporting system through call tracking integration (where a tool is in place) or a structured manual input process (where it is not). We design the process based on how your team currently handles enquiry intake, so that offline conversions from paid campaigns are counted alongside web form submissions rather than dropped from the report.

Does this work with Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a supported data source. We connect it via the Zoho Analytics connector or API, pulling deal stage, value, and lead source data into the reporting layer. The connection process is similar to HubSpot or Salesforce, with some variation depending on how your Zoho instance is configured and what fields are consistently populated.

Can reports be set up to deliver to regional head office contacts as well as UAE team members?

Automated email delivery can be configured to send to multiple recipients on different schedules — for example, the full performance report to the UAE marketing team weekly, and a monthly summary to a regional head office or management contact. Each delivery can use a different template if the audience requires a different level of detail.

One report. AED. Arabic and English separated. Connected to your CRM.

If your current paid media reporting combines Arabic and English performance into a single blended number, drops offline conversions, and reports in a currency that needs converting before it means anything — a Paid Reporting System replaces that with one dashboard built for how your business actually operates in the UAE.
