Paid Acquisition Engineering · UAE

Google Ads agency Dubai — performance marketing that returns revenue

UAE businesses running paid acquisition without a structured attribution model are spending 40–60% of their budget on audiences, keywords, and placements that will never convert. We engineer the full system — from Google and Meta account architecture to Arabic and English landing pages — so every dirham spent has a measurable return.

This is for you if

You're investing in paid acquisition. The returns don't match the spend.

The real estate developer or agency: You're running Google Ads and Meta campaigns for residential or commercial projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or across the UAE. Lead volume looks reasonable. Lead quality is poor — most enquiries are from people outside your target buyer profile. You're paying for volume when you need qualified interest.

The hospitality business: You operate hotels, resorts, or F&B venues. Bookings come through OTAs at high commission. You want direct booking growth through paid channels. Your current campaigns generate clicks but the conversion rate on your booking engine is low, and nobody has tested whether the landing page is the problem.

The e-commerce operator: You're running a UAE-based store — fashion, beauty, electronics, homewares — across Google Shopping and Meta. ROAS looked good when you started. It's compressed as competition has increased. You need feed optimisation, audience strategy, and creative that performs across the UAE's multilingual audience.

The professional services business: Law firms, consultancies, financial services, healthcare, and education businesses in Dubai and across the UAE are competing on the same generic keywords with the same campaign structures. Differentiated account architecture, Arabic-language ad variants, and intent-specific landing pages are the gap most agencies aren't closing.

What's broken

Here's what's draining your ad budget

Incorrect campaign segmentation

UAE paid accounts frequently mix English and Arabic campaigns in the same ad groups, use broad match across expensive keywords like "property for sale Dubai" or "hotel booking UAE", and accept Google's auto-applied recommendations without review. The result is fast spend and low return.

Arabic ad copy mismatch

Running English ads to Arabic-speaking audiences — or using machine-translated Arabic copy — produces lower Quality Scores, higher CPCs, and poor conversion rates. UAE audiences respond to culturally relevant messaging in their preferred language. Most agencies create one English version and run it across all demographics.

No multi-touch attribution

In real estate and hospitality, the journey from first ad click to conversion is rarely one session. Without GA4 configured for multi-touch attribution and proper UTM structure, you're crediting the last click and optimising toward it — typically a branded search or direct visit — while the original awareness campaign that started the journey gets cut.

Generic landing pages for premium audiences

A campaign targeting high-net-worth buyers searching for off-plan property in Palm Jumeirah should not land on a general property listings page. UAE premium audiences expect a landing experience that matches the quality of the product. Mismatched landing pages are the single largest cause of wasted spend in UAE paid accounts.

What we engineer

Engineered for return, not impressions.

Google Ads

Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. We build the account architecture from scratch or restructure what exists — campaign segmentation, match type strategy, 300+ negative keywords, and bid rules that only run when conversion tracking is clean. Every account gets a dedicated keyword map and a weekly ROAS report.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns across three stages: prospecting (cold audiences, interest and lookalike targeting), retargeting (website visitors, video viewers, catalogue shoppers), and retention (customer LTV campaigns). Pixel setup, custom conversions, and creative strategy included. We test ad formats — static, carousel, Reels — and scale what converts.

LinkedIn Ads

For B2B businesses in Nepal targeting professionals, companies, or international clients. Sponsored content, message ads, and conversation ads. Audience targeting by job title, industry, company size, and seniority. LinkedIn is the highest cost-per-click platform — we only recommend it when the deal size justifies it.

Performance Max

Feed optimisation, asset group structure, audience signals, and search theme strategy. PMax is Google's highest-reach campaign type, but it produces waste without engineering. We build the asset library, monitor placement reports, and pull back spend from underperforming channels inside the campaign.

Landing pages

One dedicated landing page per major campaign type. Each page has a single goal, a single CTA, and copy matched to the search intent that triggered the ad. We build, A/B test, and iterate. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is a structural error — we fix it at the start.

Attribution and tracking

GA4 + Google Tag Manager, configured so every conversion ties to a campaign, ad group, and keyword. We set up ROAS dashboards showing actual cost vs actual revenue — not impressions, not clicks. Reporting is weekly, not monthly, because monthly is too slow to act on.

How it works

How the first 60 days work.

  1. 01

    Paid acquisition audit

    Days 1–5

We review your existing account structure, attribution setup, conversion tracking, landing pages, and competitor ad activity. If you have no existing account, we audit your competitor landscape and build a starting strategy. You receive a written findings document — what's broken, what's wasting budget, what to fix first.

  2. 02

    Account restructure

    Weeks 2–3

New campaign architecture built around your actual services and buying stages. Match type strategy, keyword map, 300+ negative keywords from day one, and conversion tracking configured in GTM before any paid traffic runs. We don't launch until attribution is working.

  3. 03

    Landing page build

    Weeks 2–4

One dedicated landing page per major campaign. Each page is built for a single intent, a single CTA, and tested against your existing pages. Pages are mobile-first — over 70% of paid search traffic in Nepal arrives on mobile.

  4. 04

    Launch and calibrate

    Month 1

Daily monitoring for the first two weeks. Bid adjustments, search term reports reviewed every 48 hours, negative keyword additions, and ad copy tests running from week one. We report weekly, not monthly.

  5. 05

    Scale and compound

    Month 2+

Once the account has 30+ conversions in the learning window, we introduce Performance Max, audience-based retargeting, and budget expansion guided by ROAS data — not gut feel. Creative refresh on a 6-week cycle.

Common questions

Common questions

Do you create Arabic ad copy?

Yes. Arabic ad copy is created by native Arabic speakers, not translated from English. Machine-translated Arabic ad copy typically produces lower Quality Scores, worse CTR, and reduced conversion rates — because the language patterns, phrasing, and cultural references don't align with how UAE Arabic speakers engage with advertising. We build Arabic and English campaigns as separate entities with separate copy, separate landing pages, and separate performance tracking.

How much ad spend do you require?

We work with accounts from AED 10,000/month upward. For most UAE businesses in competitive sectors like real estate, hospitality, or e-commerce, a starting budget of AED 20,000–50,000/month on Google Ads provides sufficient data for the algorithm to optimise within 30–45 days. We'll give a direct assessment of whether your budget matches your revenue targets during the audit.

Do you charge a percentage of spend or a flat fee?

Flat monthly fee. Percentage-of-spend billing creates the wrong incentive — particularly in the UAE where CPCs in real estate and financial services can be very high. Our fee doesn't change when your spend increases; your results are the measure.

What's the difference between Google Ads and SEO?

Google Ads delivers immediate top-of-search placement with a per-click cost. SEO builds organic rankings over 3–12 months that produce clicks at no per-click cost. In the UAE, both channels are important — English and Arabic keyword competition means paid acquisition is often the fastest route to qualified traffic, while SEO compounds over time. We run both and can show how each channel's data informs the other.

How long until we see results?

Google Ads accounts produce meaningful data within 30 days and optimised performance by month 2–3 once Smart Bidding has 30+ conversions. For real estate and hospitality, where conversion cycles are longer, we set up micro-conversion tracking (enquiry form submissions, callback requests, brochure downloads) to give the algorithm data to learn from during the longer sales cycle.

What is Performance Max?

Performance Max is Google's campaign type that runs across Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, Maps, and Shopping from a single campaign. In the UAE, it's particularly effective for e-commerce and property developers with large product or project catalogues. Without proper asset groups and audience signals, it spreads budget across low-value placements. We engineer PMax with Arabic and English asset groups and monitor performance by placement.

How do you measure whether paid acquisition is working?

ROAS, CPA, and — for real estate — cost per qualified enquiry and offline conversion rate. We do not report impressions or reach as primary metrics. Weekly dashboards show spend, conversions, cost per conversion, and ROAS by campaign and language variant.

Can you take over an existing account?

Yes. The audit process is designed for existing accounts — we review what's there, identify what was intentional versus default, and restructure in stages to preserve any performing campaigns during the transition.
