CRO AUDIT

The conversion problem isn't the traffic — it's the friction on the page

You're running paid campaigns across a market where buying decisions move fast and trust signals determine everything. But the enquiries aren't keeping up with the spend. A CRO Audit identifies exactly what's stopping your paid traffic from converting — the missing trust signal, the form that loses people, the WhatsApp path that isn't set up to close — so you know precisely what to fix.

5-day audit turnaround · Prioritised friction list with revenue impact estimates · 30-day optimisation roadmap included · Built from your actual pages — not generic recommendations
This is for you if

This audit is for businesses running paid traffic in the UAE where the page isn't converting

You're generating clicks but not enquiries

Your cost per lead looks manageable but the leads aren't closing

Your page was built for one audience segment but you're running ads to another

What's broken

Four friction sources that prevent conversion on UAE paid landing pages

Ad-to-page message discontinuity

UAE buyers — whether searching in Arabic or English — make rapid trust assessments. When an ad sets a specific expectation and the landing page delivers something different, the drop-off is immediate. We audit whether the language, the offer framing, and the visual hierarchy of your page directly continue what the ad started.

Trust signals built for the wrong audience segment

Trust signals work differently across audience segments in the UAE. For an Arabic-speaking audience, certain visual hierarchies, credential formats, and social proof structures carry more weight than they do for an English-speaking expat audience. For high-consideration purchases, named client references from recognisable local entities matter more than generic global testimonials. We audit whether your trust signals are the right type and format for the specific segment your ads are targeting.

WhatsApp conversion path with no conversion architecture

WhatsApp is the dominant first-contact channel in the UAE, and it can be the highest-converting path on the page — or it can be an invisible button that nobody finds. We audit whether your WhatsApp contact point has clear placement, pre-filled message context, a visible response time signal, and whether it's structured to capture the information needed to follow up effectively. A WhatsApp number with no surrounding conversion architecture converts far below its potential.

Form fields that create friction for UAE buyer behaviour

Long forms with fields that feel like data collection rather than conversation lose UAE audiences fast. The field count, the label language, the order of fields, and whether the form asks for information that feels premature in the buying relationship all affect abandonment. We audit form UX against the actual conversion behaviour of your audience.

What we engineer

Eight areas we audit on every page receiving paid traffic

Above-the-fold messaging match

We assess whether the first screen a visitor sees — in their language, with their intent — directly mirrors the ad that brought them there. Language-specific mismatches between Arabic and English page variants are a specific audit point.

CTA hierarchy and placement

We map all conversion points on the page — form, WhatsApp button, phone number, callback request — and assess whether the primary path is obvious, visible, and designed for the device the visitor is using. In the UAE, where mobile is the dominant device for paid traffic, CTA placement on mobile is often more critical than on desktop.

Trust signal placement and relevance

We audit the format, specificity, and scroll-position of every trust signal on the page. For UAE audiences, we assess whether the proof elements — client names, certifications, case study formats — are appropriate for the language and cultural context of the audience segment being targeted.

Form UX and field count

We review field count, label language, mobile keyboard behaviour, and error states. We identify the minimum viable field set for your conversion goal and flag any fields that are creating unnecessary resistance at the point of conversion.

Social proof relevance and specificity

We assess whether your testimonials, case studies, and client references contain the specificity needed to move a UAE buyer — outcomes with numbers, named organisations where possible, context that makes the result feel applicable and real.

Page speed and Core Web Vitals

We test your pages for performance on both desktop and mobile, including on typical UAE mobile network conditions. Core Web Vitals failures cost both rankings and conversions — we identify which metrics are failing and what's causing them.

Mobile layout integrity

We test on multiple screen sizes and platforms with attention to CTA visibility, language-specific layout requirements (Arabic RTL layout on mobile is a specific test point), tap-target sizing, and layout stability. Mobile layout issues are a primary conversion leak in UAE paid traffic.

Thank-you page and follow-up sequence

We audit what happens after a visitor submits a form or initiates WhatsApp contact. A missing confirmation experience, an automated response in the wrong language, or a gap in the follow-up sequence between submission and human contact are all addressable friction points that compound the conversion loss.

What changes

What you receive at the end of the audit

Before
After
Before Prioritised friction list
After Every friction point is documented, categorised, and ranked by estimated conversion impact. The list distinguishes between quick implementation fixes and structural changes, so you can sequence the work against available resources.
Before Revenue impact estimates per fix
After Each friction point is accompanied by an estimated conversion improvement based on your traffic volume, your average deal value, and the nature of the friction. These estimates frame the commercial priority of each fix — not just its technical priority.
Before 30-day optimisation roadmap
After The friction list is translated into a sequenced 30-day plan with specific actions, copy changes, layout adjustments, and technical recommendations. The roadmap is structured for your team to implement without needing to interpret the underlying findings.
Before Test framework for ongoing improvement
After We identify which changes should be implemented directly and which should be A/B tested against the current version. For each test recommendation, we outline the structure, the success metric, and the traffic volume needed to reach statistical validity.
Common questions

FAQ

How long does a CRO Audit take?

The audit is completed in five business days from the date you provide access and confirm the URLs. The five-day window covers the full audit, report writing, and the debrief session. Contact uae@ignitednepal.com if you need the audit on a specific timeline.

Do you audit Arabic-language pages and English-language pages separately?

Yes. If you are running both Arabic and English page variants, we audit each separately because the trust signal hierarchy, social proof formats, and CTA structure that convert well for each audience segment differ in specific ways. The audit report covers both variants with separate findings and a combined prioritised roadmap.

Our primary conversion path is WhatsApp — is that something you specifically audit?

WhatsApp as a primary conversion point is one of the most important audit elements for UAE pages. We assess button placement, visibility on mobile, pre-filled message context, response time indicators, and whether the WhatsApp path is structured to capture the information needed for effective follow-up. A poorly architected WhatsApp path is one of the most common and most fixable conversion leaks we find.

Does the audit cover my Google Ads and Meta campaigns?

The audit covers the pages receiving paid traffic and the conversion paths on those pages. We review your ad creative as context for assessing the ad-to-page message match, but campaign restructuring is not part of the CRO Audit. Campaign-level issues that surface during the review are flagged separately.

What happens after the audit — do you implement the changes?

The CRO Audit delivers the friction list, the revenue impact estimates, and the 30-day roadmap. Implementation is a separate engagement. Many clients implement the roadmap with their existing team. If you need implementation support, contact uae@ignitednepal.com to discuss scope and pricing.
