LANDING PAGES

Your UAE campaign needs two landing pages, not one translated page.

Running the same page copy in Arabic and English with a language toggle is not a landing page strategy — it is a shortcut that underperforms both audiences. Arabic-reading and English-reading visitors in the UAE follow different reading patterns, respond to different proof structures, and convert through different actions.

For businesses running paid campaigns in the UAE who are not converting both audiences

The brand running Arabic and English ad sets to the same page — Your campaign targets both Arabic-speaking and English-speaking audiences in the UAE. You have one landing page — perhaps with a language toggle or a translated version of the same layout. The Arabic audience lands on a page structured for left-to-right reading, with proof placement and CTA behaviour that does not match how they navigate a page.

The business not offering WhatsApp as a conversion option — In the UAE market, a form fill is not the default conversion action for many audiences — a WhatsApp message or a phone call is. If your landing page offers only a form and no WhatsApp CTA, you are adding friction for the segment of your audience that will not submit a web form but will message you within thirty seconds of landing on the page.

The UAE business spending on Google Ads or Meta with no dedicated pages — You are running campaigns — search, display, or social — and the destination is your main website. The website is built for brand visitors and returning customers. It was not built for someone who just clicked an ad about a specific product, service, or offer in a market where trust signals and social proof need to land immediately.

What's broken

What's Broken

Homepage as landing page

In the UAE, where competition for paid traffic is high and CPCs in sectors like real estate, finance, and legal services are among the highest in the region, a homepage as landing page is an expensive error. The visitor paid for with a high-CPC click arrives at a page designed to introduce your brand — not to confirm the specific promise the ad made. Every navigation link is a path away from conversion.

Message mismatch

An Arabic-language ad for a real estate offer in Dubai sends a prospect to an English-language page with Arabic copy pasted below the fold. The page structure, the headline hierarchy, and the proof placement were all designed for an English-reading visitor. The Arabic-reading visitor is not receiving a page built for them — they are receiving a translation of a page built for someone else. This is not message match; it is a structural mismatch that copy translation alone cannot fix.

No conversion tracking

Google Ads conversion tracking in the UAE market is frequently misconfigured — either missing thank-you page events, or tracking page views as conversions rather than form submissions. WhatsApp click events are almost never tracked. The result is that campaigns appear to be performing based on click data while the actual lead generation data is absent or inaccurate.

No WhatsApp CTA

WhatsApp is the dominant communication channel for business inquiries in the UAE. A landing page without a WhatsApp CTA — a click-to-chat button with a pre-filled message — misses the conversion behaviour of a significant share of UAE visitors. A form fill requires typing, trust in data handling, and comfort with delayed response. A WhatsApp message requires one tap and delivers an immediate interaction. Both should be on the page.

What we engineer

What We Do

Strategy and message mapping

We begin with your ad sets — Arabic and English separately. We document the offer, the audience, the search or social intent, and the conversion goal for each. We identify whether the primary CTA should be a form, a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or a combination. The strategy brief is produced per language variant, not as a single document with a translation note appended.

Wireframe and copy

We produce separate wireframes and copy for Arabic and English page variants. The Arabic page is built right-to-left from the ground up — not mirrored from the English version. Headline hierarchy, proof placement, and CTA position are structured for Arabic reading patterns. Both variants carry WhatsApp as a conversion option alongside the primary form CTA.

Design and build

Pages are built in Unbounce or Webflow, with full RTL (right-to-left) support for the Arabic variant. Both are built mobile-first — UAE paid traffic is predominantly mobile across both language audiences. WhatsApp click-to-chat is integrated with pre-filled message text relevant to the specific offer on the page. Page speed is optimised for UAE mobile network conditions.

Conversion tracking

We install and verify form submission events, WhatsApp click events, call tracking where applicable, and thank-you page confirmations. All events are checked in GA4 and Google Ads. WhatsApp click tracking is confirmed via Google Tag Manager before launch. You receive a tracking verification document covering every event across both page variants.

A/B testing framework

We structure the first test per variant: for Arabic pages, we typically test the above-fold headline and WhatsApp CTA copy. For English pages, we test headline framing or CTA button copy. Tests are structured with a documented hypothesis and sample size requirement before the pages go live.

What changes

What Changes

Before
After
Before Arabic-reading visitors landing on a translated English page
After When Arabic-reading visitors land on a page built for how they read — RTL layout, proof placement aligned to right-to-left scanning patterns, headline hierarchy matched to Arabic reading behaviour — they convert at higher rates than on a translated English page. The same applies in reverse: English-reading visitors in the UAE do not need Arabic copy below their content; they need a clean, fast, message-matched page.
Before A form-only page that misses WhatsApp-preferring visitors
After Adding a WhatsApp CTA alongside a form does not cannibalise form submissions — it captures a separate segment of visitors who would not have converted via form at all. In most UAE categories, WhatsApp leads account for 30–60% of total inquiry volume when the option is properly placed and the pre-filled message is relevant to the offer.
Before No visibility into how each language audience behaves
After With both page variants instrumented correctly, you can see how Arabic visitors and English visitors behave differently on the same offer — different time-on-page, different CTA preference, different scroll depth before conversion. This data informs campaign targeting and budget allocation across language segments.
Before A page that converts 2% of paid visitors in a AED 25 CPC market costs AED 1,250 per lead
After Real estate, legal, finance, and healthcare in the UAE carry CPCs that make inefficient landing pages extremely expensive. A page that converts 2% of paid visitors in a AED 25 CPC market costs AED 1,250 per lead. A page that converts 5% of the same traffic costs AED 500 per lead. The page is where the largest, fastest return on existing ad spend is available.
Common questions

FAQ

Why do Arabic and English audiences need separate pages and not just a translated version?

Arabic and English pages differ in reading direction, scanning pattern, and the visual hierarchy that results from right-to-left versus left-to-right layout — this means the headline, proof block, and CTA placement that works for an English-reading visitor will not work for an Arabic-reading visitor if applied to a mirrored or translated version of the same page. A translated page preserves the word meaning; it does not preserve the structural logic of a conversion-optimised page for that audience.

Should the WhatsApp CTA replace the form or sit alongside it?

WhatsApp should sit alongside the form, not replace it. Different visitors have different communication preferences — some will fill out a form for a callback, others will message immediately. Removing the form in favour of WhatsApp loses the segment that prefers forms; keeping only a form loses the segment that will only message. Both conversion paths should be present on every UAE landing page.

What WhatsApp integration do you use?

We use WhatsApp click-to-chat links with pre-filled message text that references the specific offer on the page. The click event is tracked via Google Tag Manager and reported in GA4 and Google Ads as a conversion action. We do not integrate with WhatsApp Business API for the landing page build — that is a CRM integration question separate from the page build.

Do you build landing pages for GCC markets outside the UAE?

Yes. The same Arabic/English dual-page structure applies to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain campaigns. Where a GCC market requires market-specific copy adjustments or different proof placement, these are addressed in the brief stage. The build process and platform are the same.

What is the typical cost per lead improvement we can expect in UAE markets?

Cost per lead improvement depends on what the current page is doing and what the paid traffic volume is. In high-CPC UAE verticals, moving from a homepage or general service page to a dedicated landing page has produced 25–50% CPL reductions in the accounts we have worked on. The audit identifies the current gap and the build addresses the specific problems found.
