The AI citation gap in the UAE is bilingual — and most analyses treat it as monolingual
When a UAE buyer asks ChatGPT about your category in Arabic, the engine draws on a different source hierarchy than when the same buyer asks in English. Arabic Wikipedia, Arabic-language regional media, and GCC industry databases feed the Arabic citation layer. English Wikipedia, international publications, and global directories feed the English layer. A competitor can hold strong positions in one language and be absent in the other. Without a bilingual competitive sweep, you have half the picture at best — and the half you're missing may be where your largest gap sits.
