PAID REPORTING SYSTEM

One report that connects ad spend to revenue — no more platform screenshots

Most paid media reports pull numbers straight from the ad platform and stop there. They show ROAS, cost per click, and impressions — metrics that look like performance data but do not tell you which channels are generating customers, what each acquisition costs after sales closes them, or whether your pipeline is growing in proportion to what you are spending. Ignited Nepal builds a unified reporting system that connects Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, your CRM, and call tracking into one dashboard — so you can report on business outcomes, not just ad platform activity.

This is for you if

Who This Is For

This service is built for three types of people running paid acquisition in Australia who need reporting that goes beyond what the ad platforms provide.

The Business Owner Who Wants to Know What Is Working — You are spending on Google Ads, Meta, or both, and you receive reports — from a platform, a tool, or an agency — that show platform metrics. What those reports do not show you is which channel is generating customers at what cost, or whether the total spend is producing revenue that justifies it. You want one clear answer to the question: what is actually working?

The Marketing Manager Reporting to a Board or Leadership Team — You are responsible for paid acquisition performance and need to present results to a board, a CEO, or a leadership team that wants to see pipeline and revenue, not impressions and click-through rates. Your current process requires assembling data from multiple platforms before every report cycle. A Paid Reporting System gives you one source of truth that is ready to share without manual assembly.

The Team Allocating Budget Without a Reliable Single Source of Truth — Your team is making spend decisions across channels — Google Search, Meta, YouTube, display — but the data informing those decisions comes from platform-reported metrics that are not connected to your CRM or pipeline. Without a system that connects ad data to business outcomes, budget allocation defaults to platform logic rather than actual revenue contribution.

What's broken

What's Broken

Platform Screenshots Are Not Business Metrics

Google Ads and Meta both produce dashboards full of numbers. Those numbers reflect each platform's own attribution model, optimised to make the platform look good. They do not agree with each other, they frequently double-count conversions, and they stop at the point of click or form submission — before your sales process begins. Platform-reported metrics are a starting point, not a business measurement.

CRM Data Is Siloed From Ad Data

HubSpot, Salesforce, and custom CRMs hold your actual pipeline and customer data. Google Ads and Meta hold your spend and click data. In most businesses, those two datasets are never formally connected — which means cost per acquisition is estimated at best, and no one can reliably answer what it costs to generate a closed customer from each channel.

Lead Quality Is Not in the Report

A campaign reporting 200 leads at $40 each looks like a success until you check the CRM and find that 10% of those leads progressed past the first sales conversation. If your reporting ends at lead volume and cost per lead, you are optimising for a number that may not correlate with revenue. Lead quality — conversion rate from lead to qualified opportunity, and from opportunity to closed deal — needs to be in the report.

No Pipeline Attribution

Spend happens on day one. Revenue closes weeks or months later. Without a system that preserves the connection between an original ad interaction and an eventual closed deal, pipeline attribution is guesswork. Most Australian businesses can report on leads by channel; very few can report on revenue by channel with confidence.

What we engineer

What We Do

Report Specification

We start by defining what metrics matter for your business and how they map to outcomes. This means agreeing on attribution windows, conversion definitions, how offline conversions (calls, in-store visits, signed contracts) are counted, and what pipeline stages matter for reporting purposes. The report specification is the document everything else is built from — and it is written in business terms, not ad platform terms.

Data Source Connections

We connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 to the reporting layer. For CRM, we work with HubSpot, Salesforce, or your custom setup — connecting pipeline stage data, deal values, and close rates to the ad source data. For call tracking, we connect your call tracking platform where one is in place. All sources feed a single data layer that the dashboard reads from.

Dashboard Build

We build your reporting dashboard in Looker Studio, Databox, or Agency Analytics depending on your existing stack and team preferences. Looker Studio handles the majority of use cases cleanly, connecting directly to Google Ads, GA4, and Sheets. For clients with more complex data volumes or existing Databox or Agency Analytics setups, we build within those tools. The output is a dashboard that shows spend, leads, pipeline, cost per acquisition, and revenue by channel in one view.

Automated Email Delivery

Reports are delivered automatically to the people who need them — weekly for performance monitoring, monthly for strategic review. No one needs to log in to the dashboard to get the numbers. Reports are formatted and sent on schedule.

Weekly and Monthly Report Templates

Two report templates are included: a weekly performance report covering spend, leads, cost per lead, and channel breakdown, and a monthly summary covering pipeline movement, conversion rates by channel, and revenue attribution. Both templates are formatted to be shared directly with a board, leadership team, or client without further editing.

What changes

What Changes

Before
After
Before Pulling numbers from three different platforms and trying to reconcile a collection of conflicting exports, with arguments about which platform's data is correct.
After One source of truth that everyone trusts — when everyone on the team (marketing manager, founder, CFO, board) is looking at the same dashboard with the same numbers, arguments about which platform's data is correct disappear.
Before Budget decisions made on platform claims and cost per click, with no way to justify those decisions to a board or finance team.
After Budget moves based on revenue contribution — when you can see cost per closed customer by channel rather than cost per click, budget decisions are grounded in actual performance, and you have the data to justify those decisions to a board or finance team.
Before Reports show lead volume only, with no visibility into which channels send qualified opportunities versus noise.
After Lead quality visible across every channel — with ad data connected to CRM data, every report shows not just lead volume but lead quality, what percentage of leads from each channel progressed through the pipeline and at what rate.
Before Manual report assembly — extracting platform data, reconciling conflicting numbers, formatting a presentation, chasing CRM exports.
After Reporting becomes a system, not a task — a system produces the report automatically, and the hours your team spent building reports each week are redirected to acting on them.
Common questions

FAQ

Does this work with Salesforce as our CRM?

Salesforce is a supported data source for a Paid Reporting System, connected via native Looker Studio connector or API depending on your Salesforce configuration and data volume. We pull deal stage, opportunity value, lead source, and close data — and connect those fields to the ad platform source data to give you cost per pipeline stage and cost per closed customer by channel.

Will the conversion numbers match what Google Ads reports?

They will differ, and that is intentional. Google Ads and Meta report conversions using their own attribution models, which typically overstate performance relative to what your CRM records. The Paid Reporting System uses CRM and GA4 as the primary conversion sources — which means the numbers are lower than platform-reported figures but reflect what actually happened in your pipeline.

Can the dashboard be formatted for a board presentation?

Yes. The monthly report template is formatted specifically for board-level presentation — summarising spend, pipeline generated, cost per acquisition, and revenue attribution by channel in a format that non-technical stakeholders can read without explanation. If your board uses a specific template or format, we build to that.

We currently use Agency Analytics — can you build within that instead of Looker Studio?

Agency Analytics is a supported dashboard environment. We build within your existing Agency Analytics setup where preferred, or connect Agency Analytics to the same underlying data layer as a Looker Studio build. Databox is also supported. The choice of dashboard tool does not affect the data layer or the quality of reporting.

How long does setup take for a business running Google Ads, Meta, and HubSpot?

A business running Google Ads, Meta, and HubSpot with standard deal stage configuration typically takes two to three weeks from kickoff to a live, automated dashboard. The main variables are HubSpot field configuration — whether deal stages and lead sources are consistently recorded — and whether call tracking is in scope.

See which channels are actually producing revenue

If your current reporting process involves assembling numbers from multiple platforms before every review cycle — and the figures still do not tell you which channels are closing customers — a Paid Reporting System replaces that process with one dashboard, updated automatically, connected to your CRM and ad platforms, and ready to share with a board or leadership team on any given day.
