E-commerce Stores Built to Earn Revenue, Not Just Look Good

Ignited Nepal builds Shopify stores for UK fashion, beauty, health, home, and food brands that want a checkout experience customers trust and a product architecture that drives average order value. From collection logic to post-purchase email flows, every decision is made around revenue.

This is for you if

Who This Is For

You launched on Shopify, it worked, and now you are doing enough volume that the cracks are showing. Your product pages are inconsistent, your collection pages have no logic, and your checkout abandonment is higher than it should be. You need a rebuild that handles scale, not just traffic.

You have a physical retail presence in the UK and you are taking your range online for the first time. You need a store that reflects the quality of your product, handles your catalogue size, supports UK payment preferences including BNPL, and stays compliant with GDPR from day one.

You got the store live with a template and a lot of late nights. It converts, barely, but you know it could do more. Your navigation is unclear, your product descriptions are thin, and you have never properly set up abandoned cart flows. You want a proper build this time.

What's broken

What's Broken

Your Collection Pages Are Just Grids

Shopify's default collection pages show products in a grid with no hierarchy, no filtering logic, and no story. Customers who land on a collection page without clear guidance leave. Collection architecture is a revenue decision, not a design one, and most stores have never made it.

Your Checkout Has Too Much Friction

UK shoppers expect to pay with Klarna, use saved card details, and move from bag to confirmation in under two minutes. If your checkout requires account creation, shows unexpected shipping costs, or does not offer BNPL, you are losing customers at the final step.

Your Product Pages Do Not Sell

A product page should answer every objection before the customer thinks to have it. Most product pages on Shopify are a title, a photo, a price, and a paragraph. That is not enough for a considered purchase. Sizing, materials, provenance, reviews, and related products all affect whether a visitor adds to bag or bounces.

You Have No Post-Purchase Revenue Architecture

The first sale is the most expensive one you will ever make. If you have no abandoned cart sequence, no post-purchase upsell, no review request, and no replenishment email, you are leaving a significant portion of your lifetime value on the table. Most Shopify stores have default email flows that nobody has ever reviewed.

What we engineer

What We Do

Platform Setup

We configure Shopify with the correct plan, app stack, and settings for your catalogue size, your team structure, and your UK tax and VAT requirements. We do not add apps you do not need.

Theme Development

We build or customise your theme to match your brand, load fast, and convert on mobile. UK shoppers browse on mobile and buy on mobile. Your theme is built for that behaviour.

Product Page Template

We design a product page template that handles your most complex product type: multiple variants, size guides, ingredient lists, delivery timelines, trust signals, and reviews. Every product page follows the same architecture so customers always know where to look.

Collection Architecture

We plan your collection structure: parent collections, sub-collections, filtering logic, sort order, and featured product placement. Collection pages are your site's shop floor. We lay them out so customers find what they came for and discover what they did not know they wanted.

Checkout Optimisation

We configure the checkout for UK expectations: Klarna integration, clear delivery options with costs shown early, GDPR-compliant data processing consent, and a guest checkout path that does not push account creation. We reduce the number of steps and the number of decisions.

Payment and Shipping

We integrate Shopify Payments, Klarna, and any third-party payment methods relevant to your customer base. We configure shipping zones, Royal Mail and courier integrations, click-and-collect if applicable, and free shipping thresholds that align with your margin.

Email Flows and Analytics

We set up your core Klaviyo flows: abandoned checkout, post-purchase series, win-back, and review request. We connect Google Analytics 4, Shopify analytics, and any conversion tracking you need for paid media. You leave with data you can act on.

After A well-built Shopify store converts at two to four percent from organic traffic and higher from intent-driven paid channels. If your current rate is below one percent, the problem is almost certainly structural, not the product.
Before UK shoppers expect to pay with Klarna, use saved card details, and move from bag to confirmation in under two minutes. If your checkout requires account creation, shows unexpected shipping costs, or does not offer BNPL, you are losing customers at the final step.
After Collection logic, product page cross-sells, and post-purchase email sequences increase AOV without requiring a permanent sale. The architecture does the work.

That is not enough for a considered purchase. Sizing, materials, provenance, reviews, and related products all affect whether a visitor adds to bag or bounces.
After Checkout abandonment is the most recoverable revenue problem in e-commerce. A properly configured checkout with the right payment options, transparent costs, and a fast guest path will recover a meaningful share of that drop-off.

After A Shopify store built on a clean theme with structured product data, a logical collection hierarchy, and working analytics is one you can hand to a marketing team, a paid media agency, or a new hire without it falling apart. Operational clarity is a commercial asset.
How it works

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

    This takes one week.

We audit your current store or your brief. We look at your catalogue structure, your conversion funnel, your payment configuration, and any existing analytics. We identify where you are losing revenue and what the build needs to fix. This takes one week.

  2. 02

    Architecture and Design

We map your collection structure, design your product page template, and finalise your checkout flow. You review and approve before any development begins. Changes at this stage cost nothing. Changes after development begins cost time.

  3. 03

    Build and Integrate

We develop the theme, build the templates, configure payments and shipping, integrate Klarna, connect Klaviyo, and set up analytics. We work in a development environment so your live store is never disrupted.

  4. 04

    QA, Launch, and Handover

We test across devices, browsers, and payment methods. We check GDPR compliance for checkout data collection and email marketing opt-in. We launch, monitor the first 48 hours, and hand over full documentation so your team can manage the store independently.

Common questions

FAQ

Do you only build on Shopify?

Shopify is our primary platform for UK e-commerce because it has the strongest ecosystem for UK payment methods, BNPL integrations, and third-party app connections. We also build on WooCommerce and can work on custom platforms where the brief requires it. Most UK brands at growth stage are better served by Shopify than by a custom build.

How do you handle GDPR compliance for the checkout?

GDPR requires that customers are informed about how their data is used before they submit it. We implement cookie consent correctly, include a data processing notice at checkout, and configure email marketing opt-in as a separate, unticked checkbox. We do not bundle consent with the purchase action.

Can you integrate Klarna into an existing Shopify store?

Klarna integrates directly with Shopify Payments for eligible UK merchants. If your store already uses Shopify Payments, enabling Klarna is a configuration step. If you are on a third-party payment gateway, there may be additional integration work. We assess this during the diagnostic.

How long does a full Shopify build take?

A full build from diagnostic to launch takes between six and ten weeks depending on catalogue size, the number of custom templates required, and third-party integrations. Stores with large catalogues or complex variants take longer. We give you a realistic timeline at the end of the diagnostic, not the beginning of the sales conversation.

Do you work with brands that already have an agency managing their marketing?

Yes, and it is common. We build the store and configure the analytics infrastructure. Your paid media team, SEO team, or email marketing team connect into it. We document everything clearly so handovers between parties are straightforward.
