WEBSITE REDESIGN

When your website has traffic but not enough conversions, the problem is the structure

Most SaaS homepages talk about features. Most B2B websites bury the proof. Visitors arrive, look for a reason to stay, find a list of capabilities instead of outcomes, and leave. If your site has organic traffic or paid traffic and is not producing qualified leads, the copy is not the only problem. The architecture, the CTA hierarchy, and the absence of social proof above the fold are doing the same damage, every hour, on every page.

This is for you if

This is for businesses whose website is not doing its job

Your paid search or paid social campaigns are generating impressions and clicks. The conversion rate on the landing page is low. Your media agency reports good CTR but the leads are not coming through. Ads bring people to the door. The site has to bring them in. If the page visitors land on is slow, unclear, or misaligned with what the ad promised, the campaign will never perform.

Your homepage lists what the product does. It describes features, modules, and integrations. What it does not answer is what the buyer gets: less time wasted, fewer deals lost, faster reporting, fewer errors. Feature-led homepages are written for the people who built the product, not for the people who need to justify buying it. Buyers buy outcomes. Your site needs to lead with those.

A potential client hits your homepage. They see a tagline, a stock photo, and a form. No client names. No results. No signal that anyone else has trusted you with something that mattered. In a market where every B2B category is crowded and trust is the differentiator, proof needs to be visible before the visitor has to ask for it.

What's broken

Four reasons your site is not converting

Weak homepage messaging

The headline describes your product or service but does not communicate who it is for or what outcome they get. Vague value propositions, passive voice, and filler copy in the hero section send a clear signal to visitors: this site was not built with them in mind.

No clear user journey

Multiple audiences, multiple use cases, and no designed path through the site. Visitors land and find a navigation menu but no guidance. Without a clear hierarchy of what to read, where to go, and what to do next, most visitors choose to do nothing.

Trust signals missing or poorly placed

Client logos, G2 or Capterra ratings, case study links, and named testimonials need to appear early in the scroll. When the first 40 pixels of visible content have no proof, visitors are evaluating you without evidence. That is a decision you lose before it has started.

Mobile experience broken

A significant portion of B2B research now happens on mobile, including initial evaluation before a scheduled demo. If your site's layout is a desktop experience squeezed onto a phone, CTAs are difficult to tap, or page load time is over three seconds, you are not in the consideration set for mobile-first visitors.

What we engineer

The five parts of a Website Redesign at Ignited Nepal

Site Audit Report

We begin every engagement with a structured audit of the existing site. The audit covers Google Analytics and Search Console data, conversion funnel performance, content relevance, mobile and desktop rendering, page speed, and CTA effectiveness. You receive a written report with a clear list of what stays, what changes, and what is removed, before any design work begins.

New Information Architecture and Sitemap

We restructure the site based on your buyers' decision process and your business's conversion goals. For SaaS companies, this typically means restructuring around use cases, personas, or outcomes rather than features. For B2B service businesses, this means leading with proof and building toward a qualified enquiry. The sitemap and CTA hierarchy are defined and approved before wireframing begins.

Wireframes and Design

Every key page is wireframed first. Wireframes are structural documents that show content hierarchy, CTA placement, and user flow without visual noise. Once wireframes are approved, full designs are produced. Every design decision, from above-the-fold layout to secondary CTA placement, is intentional and documented.

Rebuild and Content Migration

We build the redesigned site on your agreed platform. Content that is accurate and still relevant is migrated into the new structure. Content that is outdated, feature-focused, or not aligned with buyer intent is flagged for revision. The redirect map is prepared before launch, not after.

Launch, Redirect Map, and Analytics Continuity

Every URL that changes or is removed receives a 301 redirect before the site goes live. Google Analytics, Search Console, and any additional tracking tools are reconnected and verified. If you are running paid campaigns, we coordinate with your team to ensure destination URLs are updated before launch day.

What changes

What is different after a redesign

Before
After
Before The headline describes your product or service but does not communicate who it is for or what outcome they get. Vague value propositions, passive voice, and filler copy in the hero section send a clear signal to visitors: this site was not built with them in mind.
After The hero section leads with an outcome-focused statement that speaks to the buyer's problem. Supporting copy below it builds the case. By the end of the first scroll, a visitor knows what you do, who it is for, and what happens next.
Before Multiple audiences, multiple use cases, and no designed path through the site. Visitors land and find a navigation menu but no guidance. Without a clear hierarchy of what to read, where to go, and what to do next, most visitors choose to do nothing.
After Client logos, case study highlights, quantified results, and testimonials from named individuals appear early in the page hierarchy. Proof is not a section at the bottom. It is a continuous thread that runs through the entire page.
Before Client logos, G2 or Capterra ratings, case study links, and named testimonials need to appear early in the scroll. When the first 40 pixels of visible content have no proof, visitors are evaluating you without evidence. That is a decision you lose before it has started.
After Primary CTAs are built for buyers who are ready to act. Secondary CTAs, such as case study downloads, comparison pages, or demo scheduling links, serve buyers who need more before they commit. Every visitor has a next step, regardless of where they are in the decision process.
Before A significant portion of B2B research now happens on mobile, including initial evaluation before a scheduled demo. If your site's layout is a desktop experience squeezed onto a phone, CTAs are difficult to tap, or page load time is over three seconds, you are not in the consideration set for mobile-first visitors.
After The redirect map and pre-launch analytics verification ensure that domain authority and page-level equity accumulated over time are not lost at launch. Traffic is monitored in the days following go-live and any drop-off patterns are diagnosed and resolved immediately.
How it works

How it works

  1. 01

    Audit

    Week 1

We audit your existing site: traffic data, conversion funnel, content relevance, mobile performance, and page speed. For SaaS companies, we also review the messaging framework against buyer intent signals. You receive a written audit report before scope is agreed.

  2. 02

    Architecture and Design

    Weeks 2 to 4

We produce the revised sitemap, wireframes for all key pages, and full designs. For SaaS companies, this phase often includes a messaging workshop to align outcome-based copy with the new structure before wireframes are finalised.

  3. 03

    Build and Migration

    Weeks 4 to 8

We build the redesigned site, migrate approved content, revise flagged copy, and prepare the redirect map. You review and approve a staging version before go-live.

  4. 04

    Launch and Monitoring

    Weeks 8 to 10

We launch. 301 redirects are activated. Analytics tools are verified. Paid campaign destination URLs are updated. We monitor traffic, rankings, and crawl behaviour in the days following launch and resolve any issues that surface.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about Website Redesign

How long does a website redesign take?

A standard redesign at Ignited Nepal takes six to ten weeks from audit to launch. Timeline depends on site size, the volume of content being migrated, and the pace of review cycles. We provide a confirmed timeline at the end of the audit phase, once scope is agreed.

We have an in-house content team. Can they write the new copy?

Yes. The wireframes include content briefs for each section: the goal of the copy, the audience it is written for, the tone, and the CTA it leads toward. Your team can write to those briefs. We review for alignment with the new IA and flag anything that does not match the structure before build begins.

What happens to our existing SEO rankings?

Every URL that changes or is removed receives a 301 redirect to the correct new destination. Search Console and Analytics tracking are verified before and after launch. We monitor for ranking fluctuations in the weeks following launch and address any issues immediately. Done correctly, a redesign improves rankings over time by improving page speed, mobile experience, and content relevance.

How is this different from a CRO engagement?

Conversion rate optimisation works on an existing structure by testing individual elements. A redesign replaces the structure when the existing one is not recoverable through iteration. If your homepage's fundamental architecture, messaging hierarchy, and social proof placement are wrong, testing button colours will not move the number. The audit determines which approach is correct.

We are running paid campaigns. How do you coordinate the launch?

Before launch, we produce a full list of all URL changes and share it with your paid media team so that campaign destination URLs are updated. We also review landing pages for any paid-specific optimisations, such as message match between ad copy and landing page headlines, before go-live.

If your site has organic or paid traffic and is not converting qualified leads, the structure is where to start

The audit is one week. It produces a written report that shows you exactly what your site is doing, what it is not doing, and what a redesign would fix. If the audit shows that iteration is the right approach rather than a full redesign, we say so. The goal is to give you clarity on the correct next move, not to sell a project scope that does not fit the problem.
