WEBSITE DESIGN & DEV

A website built for how buyers actually decide, not how it looks in a portfolio

Most websites in Nepal are built by a cheap freelancer or a well-meaning nephew. The result: no CMS access, broken on mobile, and no way to track whether it generates any business at all. We build websites structured for trust, clarity, and conversion from the first page to the last.

This is for you if

This is for businesses that need a website to do actual work

You are a school, clinic, hotel, tour operator, or professional practice building a web presence from scratch. You want to look credible to the clients you are targeting and give people a clear reason to contact you. You do not want a template that looks like every other site in your category.

Your current website was built years ago by someone who is no longer reachable. It does not load properly on mobile, you cannot update it yourself, and you have no idea whether it sends you any leads at all. You need a replacement built for how buyers actually behave today.

You are expanding your NGO, healthcare practice, retail brand, or hospitality business and need a website that reflects where the organisation is going, not where it started. The new site needs to work across devices, speak to a new audience, and be structured for growth.

What's broken

Four things most website builds in Nepal get wrong

Built for aesthetics, not conversion

The designer made it beautiful. The photographer made it visual. Nobody mapped the buyer journey. The site looks polished but it does not tell visitors what to do, why to trust you, or why to act now. Visitors arrive and leave without making contact.

No information architecture

Pages are organised by internal departments or by whatever the owner thought sounded good at the time. Buyers cannot find what they need. A prospective student cannot compare courses. A patient cannot understand what services you offer. The structure reflects the company org chart, not the buyer's decision process.

No conversion tracking at launch

The site goes live with no Google Analytics, no goal tracking, and no way to measure whether any of it is working. A year later you have no data. You cannot tell whether traffic is growing, where visitors drop off, or which pages lead to enquiries.

CMS handed over with no training

The developer passes over a WordPress login and disappears. Within three months the site is out of date, blog posts are unfinished, and nobody knows how to add a new service page. The site stagnates because the team was never taught how to use it.

What we engineer

Six deliverables, sequenced in the right order

Discovery session and brief

We start with a structured discovery session covering your buyers, your competitors, your current site performance, and the specific business outcomes the new site needs to drive. Every decision made after this point is referenced back to that brief.

Sitemap and information architecture

We map every page the site needs, in the order buyers need to find them. Pages are organised by buyer intent, not internal structure. This sitemap becomes the foundation that wireframes and design are built on.

Wireframes

We wireframe every key page in low fidelity before any design work begins. Wireframes lock in the content hierarchy, CTA placement, and proof positioning on each page. This is where conversion architecture is built, before a single colour or font is chosen.

Design system and responsive build

We build a design system covering typography, colour, spacing, components, and states. Every page is built responsively for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Design decisions are made to support conversion, not just visual preference.

CMS configuration and training

We configure your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or custom) so your team can manage it confidently. We build structured content types, set permissions, and run a training session so the site does not go stale the moment we hand it over.

Analytics and tracking integration

We integrate Google Analytics 4, set up conversion goals, and configure event tracking before launch. You have data from day one. No retroactive setup, no guessing about what was happening in the first three months.

What changes

Four things that are different after launch

Before
After
Before The designer made it beautiful. The photographer made it visual. Nobody mapped the buyer journey. The site looks polished but it does not tell visitors what to do, why to trust you, or why to act now. Visitors arrive and leave without making contact.
After The page structure, CTA placement, and trust signal positioning are built around how your buyers actually evaluate options. More visitors take the next step instead of closing the tab.
Before Pages are organised by internal departments or by whatever the owner thought sounded good at the time. Buyers cannot find what they need. A prospective student cannot compare courses. A patient cannot understand what services you offer. The structure reflects the company org chart, not the buyer's decision process.
After Every page has a purpose. Every section answers the question a buyer has at that stage. Visitors know what you offer, why you are credible, and what to do next without having to work for it.
Before The site goes live with no Google Analytics, no goal tracking, and no way to measure whether any of it is working. A year later you have no data. You cannot tell whether traffic is growing, where visitors drop off, or which pages lead to enquiries.
After You know where traffic comes from, which pages are performing, where visitors drop off, and which actions lead to conversions. This data makes every future decision faster and cheaper.
Before The developer passes over a WordPress login and disappears. Within three months the site is out of date, blog posts are unfinished, and nobody knows how to add a new service page. The site stagnates because the team was never taught how to use it.
After The CMS is configured for non-technical editors. Your staff can add service pages, update pricing, publish blog posts, and manage content without needing to call a developer every time something changes.
How it works

How we build it

  1. 01

    Discovery

One structured session covering your buyers, your market, your current performance gaps, and the specific outcomes the website needs to produce. This brief drives every decision that follows.

  2. 02

    Architecture and wireframes

We map the sitemap, define the information architecture, and wireframe every key page. CTA placement, proof positioning, and content hierarchy are confirmed before design begins.

  3. 03

    Design and build

We build the design system, design each page to the approved wireframes, and develop the full site in your chosen CMS. Every page is tested for responsiveness across devices before handover.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

We integrate analytics and tracking, run QA across browsers and devices, and launch. We then run a CMS training session with your team and provide documentation so the site is maintained correctly after handover.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about Website Design & Development

How long does a website build take?

A standard website build takes 5 to 8 weeks from discovery to launch. Projects with more pages, custom features, or a large number of stakeholder approvals take longer. We give you a fixed timeline at the start of the project, not a moving estimate.

Which CMS do you build on?

We build on WordPress, Webflow, or a custom stack depending on your team's technical comfort, your content volume, and how the site needs to grow. We recommend the platform that suits your editors, not the one that is easiest to build on.

Do we need to provide the content?

You provide the core information about your business, services, and team. We structure it, write it in a format optimised for conversion, and place it according to the wireframe hierarchy. You review and approve before anything is finalised.

Can you redesign our existing site rather than rebuild from scratch?

In most cases, a rebuild produces better results than a redesign of an existing site. If the structure and information architecture are the problem, redesigning on top of a broken foundation does not fix the underlying issues. We will tell you clearly which approach makes sense after a diagnostic.

What happens after the site launches?

We hand over full CMS access, documentation, and a training session. After that, you manage the site. If you want ongoing support for updates, content publishing, or performance optimisation, we offer a retainer for that. Nothing is locked in at launch unless you choose to continue.

Start with a website diagnostic

Most website problems are visible within 20 minutes of looking at the right data. We will audit your current site, or if you are starting from scratch, map the gaps between what you need and what most builds in Nepal deliver.
