PAID REPORTING SYSTEM

One report that connects ad spend to revenue — no more platform screenshots

Most paid media reports show clicks, impressions, and a ROAS figure pulled straight from the ad platform. That number does not tell you which campaigns are generating customers, what each lead costs after sales closes them, or whether your total spend is building a pipeline worth the investment. Ignited Nepal builds a unified reporting system that connects Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, your CRM, and call tracking into one dashboard — so you can see actual business outcomes, not just platform metrics.

This is for you if

Who This Is For

You are running Google Ads or Meta campaigns and getting reports from a platform or an agency that show impressions, clicks, and a cost-per-lead figure. What you do not have is a clear answer to the question that matters: which channel is producing customers, and at what cost? You need a reporting system that connects spend to closed revenue, not a screenshot of the Ads dashboard.

You are responsible for paid acquisition and need to report results to a founder or leadership team. Your current process involves pulling numbers from multiple platforms, copying them into a spreadsheet, and reconciling figures that rarely agree. A reporting system gives you one source of truth that is ready to share on a weekly and monthly basis without manual assembly.

Your team is deciding how to allocate budget across channels — Google Search, Meta, display, or something else — but the data behind those decisions comes from platform-reported metrics that are not connected to your actual pipeline or CRM. A Paid Reporting System gives you the visibility to move budget toward what is producing revenue and away from what is not.

What's broken

What's Broken

Platform Screenshots Are Not Business Metrics

Google Ads and Meta both report ROAS, cost per result, and conversion numbers — but those figures come from each platform's own attribution model. They do not agree with each other, they often count the same conversion twice, and they do not tell you what happened after a lead entered your pipeline. Platform-reported metrics are a starting point, not a business answer.

CRM Data Is Siloed From Ad Data

Your CRM (whether that is a spreadsheet, a simple database, or a formal tool) holds your actual customer and pipeline data. Your ad platforms hold your spend and click data. In most businesses in Nepal, those two datasets are never connected — which means no one can answer the question "how much did it cost to acquire that customer?" with any confidence.

Lead Quality Is Not in the Report

A campaign that delivers 100 leads at Rs. 500 each looks better than one that delivers 20 leads at Rs. 2,000 each — until you look at which leads actually converted. If your reporting does not include lead quality (what percentage of leads from each source became customers), you are optimising for volume rather than value.

No Pipeline Attribution

Spend is recorded on day one. Revenue arrives weeks or months later. Without a system that connects the original ad click to the eventual closed deal, you cannot know which campaigns contributed to your pipeline. Most businesses in Nepal report on leads generated; very few can report on revenue generated per channel.

What we engineer

What We Do

Report Specification

Before building anything, we define what metrics actually matter for your business and how they connect to outcomes. This means mapping spend to leads, leads to pipeline, and pipeline to closed revenue — and agreeing on definitions (what counts as a qualified lead, how attribution windows are set, how offline conversions are handled). The report spec is the foundation everything else is built on.

Data Source Connections

We connect your reporting system to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. For CRM data, we work with whatever you have — a formal CRM, a manual tracking process, or a Google Sheets pipeline. For call tracking, we connect call data where a call tracking tool is in place, or define a manual process where it is not. All data flows into a single layer that the dashboard reads from.

Dashboard Build

We build your reporting dashboard in Looker Studio or Google Sheets, depending on data volume and team preference. For most Nepal-based businesses, Looker Studio connected to Google Ads and GA4 provides everything needed — spend, conversions, cost per lead, and channel breakdown — in a clean, shareable format. Where CRM data is manual, we build a structured Google Sheets layer that feeds the dashboard.

Automated Email Delivery

The dashboard does not require anyone to log in to get the numbers. We set up automated email delivery of your report on a schedule that fits how your team works — typically weekly for performance monitoring and monthly for strategic review. Reports land in the inbox of whoever needs them.

Weekly and Monthly Report Templates

We deliver two report templates: a weekly performance report covering spend, leads, and cost per lead by channel, and a monthly summary covering pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. Both templates are formatted for internal use and can be sent directly to a founder or leadership team without further editing.

What changes

What Changes

Before
After
Before One Source of Truth for Paid Performance
After Instead of pulling numbers from three different platforms and trying to reconcile figures that disagree, your team has one dashboard that everyone looks at. Spend, leads, cost per lead, pipeline, and revenue are in one place, updated automatically, and consistent across every conversation about performance.
Before Budget Decisions Based on Revenue, Not Platform Metrics
After When you can see cost per closed customer by channel rather than cost per click, budget allocation decisions become straightforward. You move money toward what is generating revenue and reduce spend on what is generating clicks without conversion.
Before Lead Quality Visible in the Report
After When ad data is connected to CRM data, you can see not just how many leads each campaign produced but what quality those leads were. A campaign that generates fewer but better-quality leads shows up correctly in a system that tracks conversion rates through the pipeline — and that changes how you evaluate and optimise campaigns.
Before Reporting Time Drops to Near Zero
After Manual report assembly — copying platform numbers into a spreadsheet, chasing CRM data, formatting a presentation — is replaced by a system that produces the report automatically. The time your team spent building reports is redirected to acting on them.
Common questions

FAQ

Does this work if our CRM is just a Google Sheet?

A Google Sheets pipeline is a valid data source for a Paid Reporting System, and most early-stage businesses in Nepal run exactly that. We build a structured input layer in Sheets that captures lead source, status, and outcome — which is then connected to the dashboard alongside your ad platform data. The system works with what you have, not what a textbook says you should have.

Will the ROAS figures in this report match what Google Ads shows?

They will not, and that is the point. Google Ads reports conversions based on its own attribution model, which often overstates performance relative to what your CRM records. The Paid Reporting System uses your CRM and GA4 data as the primary source for conversion and revenue figures — so the numbers reflect what actually happened in your pipeline, not what the platform claims.

How long does the setup take?

Setup takes two to three weeks from kickoff to a live, automated dashboard. The main variable is how complex your data sources are — a business running Google Ads and GA4 with a Sheets-based CRM is faster to connect than one with multiple ad platforms and a formal CRM requiring API access.

What if we add a new ad channel later?

Adding a new channel — TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or any other platform with available connectors — is a straightforward extension of the existing system. The report specification is updated to include the new channel, the data connection is added, and the dashboard is adjusted to reflect it. This is typically a half-day task once the base system is in place.

Do we need to do anything to keep the dashboard updated?

For ad platform data (Google Ads, Meta, GA4), updates are automatic — the dashboard refreshes on its own. For CRM data that lives in Google Sheets, your team updates the Sheets input layer as deals progress, and the dashboard reflects those updates automatically. There is no manual report-building step once the system is live.
