Time zone handling not configured for multi-province booking
Canadian businesses serving clients across multiple provinces, from British Columbia to Ontario to Nova Scotia, frequently use a booking system that defaults to a single time zone, typically the time zone of the business owner or the server. A client in Vancouver booking a consultation with a Toronto-based adviser sees Eastern Time appointment slots but assumes them to be in Pacific Time. They book a 9am slot thinking it is a 9am Pacific call and join at 6am. The error is entirely preventable with correct time zone configuration, and it damages the client relationship disproportionately. Any Canadian booking system serving clients across more than one province must have time zone display configured to show the client's local time for all appointments.
