Search Engineering

Organic search engineered for revenue, not rankings.

Most businesses rank for the wrong keywords and convert the visitors they do get. We fix the full system β€” from keyword strategy to the landing page that closes.

This is for you if

You're paying for a website that doesn't appear when people search for what you do.

You rank for your brand name but nothing else.

You hired an SEO agency before and couldn't tell what they actually did.

Your competitors appear on page 1 and you can't work out why.

You're a B2B or SaaS company that needs organic leads, not just organic traffic.

What's broken

Four reasons your SEO isn't generating revenue.

Wrong keywords

Ranking for informational queries that never convert. No one buying something searched for "what is SEO."

Thin content

Pages written for Google, not buyers. Reads like a keyword list. Ranks sometimes. Never converts.

No technical foundation

Broken internal links, slow page load, no schema. The engine has no oil.

No conversion layer

Traffic lands. Nobody calls. The page doesn't tell them what to do next or why now.

What we engineer

A search system built around the keywords your buyers actually use.

Keyword strategy

Primary β†’ commercial, secondary β†’ supporting, long-tail β†’ FAQ. We map 300–500 keywords per project, then prioritise by revenue potential, not search volume.

Technical SEO

Site audit (Screaming Frog), Core Web Vitals remediation, schema markup, canonical architecture, crawl budget management.

Content engineering

Page briefs built from SERP analysis. Every page has a single conversion goal. Word count and structure are dictated by what ranks.

Link building

Earned links from relevant domains. No link farms, no PBNs, no guest post mills. We target DR 40+ placements in your industry.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile optimisation, citation cleanup, local keyword architecture, review management strategy.

Tracking

GA4 + GSC setup and configuration. Rank tracking for all target keywords. Monthly reporting against revenue metrics, not vanity metrics.

Common questions

Questions about SEO, answered plainly.

How long does SEO take to show results?

SEO typically shows measurable results in 3–6 months, with significant ranking and traffic improvements in 6–12 months. The timeline depends on your starting position, keyword competition, and how fast content and technical work gets done. For brand-new domains or highly competitive terms, expect 9–18 months to top 3. For businesses with an existing site targeting medium-competition keywords, the 3–6 month window is realistic. What we control: keyword strategy, technical health, content quality, link building. What we don't control: Google's algorithm updates and competitor activity. We track weekly rank movements so you can see progress at every stage.

How much does SEO cost?

Our SEO projects start with a fixed-scope diagnostic. Ongoing engagements depend on the scope of work β€” number of pages, technical complexity, link building targets, and reporting needs. We don't charge a percentage of revenue or a generic monthly retainer disconnected from deliverables. The diagnostic is the only way to give you an accurate number, because it shows us what actually needs to be done. After the diagnostic, you get a proposal with named deliverables, named timelines, and a fixed price. No surprises mid-engagement.

What's the difference between on-page SEO and technical SEO?

On-page SEO covers what's on the page itself: title tags, headings, copy, internal links, structured data. Technical SEO covers what the page sits on: site speed, mobile rendering, crawl health, indexation, schema, canonical architecture, JavaScript handling. Both matter. A page with perfect on-page SEO that loads in 6 seconds won't rank. A site with flawless technical SEO and thin content won't rank either. We treat them as one system β€” the page can't rank if either layer is broken.

Do I need SEO if I'm already running Google Ads?

Yes β€” they do different jobs. Google Ads buys you the top of the SERP today. SEO earns you the second-position-and-below results that buyers also click. Most buyers research with organic before clicking an ad. Paid drives short-term acquisition; SEO compounds. Businesses that run both consistently see lower blended cost per acquisition than businesses that run either alone. If you stop paying for ads, the traffic stops. If you stop investing in SEO, the rankings hold for months before declining. They're complements, not substitutes.

What happens to my rankings if I stop paying for SEO?

Rankings don't disappear the day you stop. The work we've done β€” technical foundation, content, links β€” keeps producing results for months. Over 6–12 months, you'll see gradual decline as competitors keep investing and Google updates its index. The pace of decline depends on your industry's competitive intensity. In low-competition spaces, rankings can hold for a year. In aggressive markets, decline starts in 60–90 days. The compounding works in reverse: stop too long, and you'll need to rebuild.

Can you guarantee first page rankings?

No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is either lying or using tactics that will get your site penalised. Google ranks pages based on hundreds of signals it controls β€” not us. What we can guarantee: a keyword strategy based on what buyers actually search, technical health that meets Google's standards, content built around what ranks, and link building from real publishers. We've never had a client whose rankings didn't move when this work was done well. We just won't tell you exactly how high or how fast.

How do I know if my SEO is working?

Three measurements: organic keyword rankings (are you ranking for the right terms?), organic traffic to commercial pages (are buyers landing on pages built to convert?), and leads or revenue attributed to organic search (is it actually paying back?). We track all three. Monthly reports show movement across every target keyword, traffic by page, and conversions attributed to organic search. If rankings move but traffic doesn't, the keyword strategy is off. If traffic moves but conversions don't, the pages aren't converting. We diagnose and adjust accordingly.

What's the difference between you and every other SEO agency?

Most SEO agencies are channel operators β€” they do SEO and report on rankings. We engineer the full system: keyword strategy, technical foundation, content, links, the landing page that closes, the CRM that captures the lead, the attribution that proves it worked. SEO doesn't sit isolated from the rest of your growth β€” and our team doesn't either. If your CRM is losing leads, ranking higher just sends more leads into the same hole. We fix the system, not just the channel.
