API & CRM INTEGRATIONS

Connect your website to the tools that run your business so leads arrive clean, complete, and in the right system

Your website collects leads. Your CRM is where those leads become customers. When the two are not connected, data gets lost, attribution disappears, and your team spends hours doing manually what a properly built integration does in seconds. Ignited Nepal builds the connections your website should already have.

This is for you if

If your website is collecting data that never reaches the right system, this service is for you.

You have a contact form on your website. When someone fills it in, the submission arrives in an email inbox. Someone on your team reads the email and copies the details into your CRM or a spreadsheet. Half the fields are missing. The follow-up is late. Leads are lost in threads and go unanswered. This is not a people problem. It is a system problem, and it is fixable.

Your online store is running, orders are coming in, and your inventory system has no idea. Stock counts are wrong. Fulfilment is manual. Customer records in your store do not match records in your accounting software. Every day your team reconciles data across three platforms by hand. Connecting these systems takes time to build once and saves that time every day after.

Your product has a marketing site. People click an ad, land on the page, sign up for a trial, and become paying customers. But your CRM shows no source for most of those customers because UTM parameters were dropped at the form submission. You cannot tell what is working. You cannot optimise spend on channels you cannot measure.

What's broken

Most websites in Nepal have some version of these four problems. They look like minor inconveniences. They compound into serious revenue loss.

Form submissions go to an inbox, not a CRM record

When a lead fills in your contact form and the result is an email notification to your inbox, there is no CRM record, no automated follow-up, no assignment to a rep, and no data audit trail. The lead exists only as long as someone remembers to do something with the email.

UTM parameters lost at form submission

A visitor clicks a Facebook ad, arrives on your website, and fills in your contact form. The UTM parameters that identified the source, medium, and campaign are dropped. Your CRM shows the lead with no source attribution. You do not know which campaigns are producing leads and which are wasting budget.

Lead data arrives incomplete

Your form collects a name, phone number, and message. Your CRM has fields for company, role, service interest, location, and lead score. The form does not map to the CRM schema, so most CRM fields are blank. Your sales team works from incomplete records, which means slower follow-up and lower conversion rates.

Duplicate contacts with conflicting data

The same person has submitted a form twice, purchased once, and emailed support. They exist as three separate records across two systems with different phone numbers and different names. No one knows which record is correct. Deduplication and merge logic is not glamorous work, but it is the foundation of a CRM that is actually usable.

What we engineer

Seven deliverables. Every integration engagement includes all of them.

Integration Audit

We start by mapping what is currently connected, what is not, and what data is being lost between systems. This audit gives you a clear picture of every gap before we build anything.

CRM Field Mapping

We map every form field on your website to the corresponding field in your CRM. Where fields do not exist in the CRM, we create them. No data is dropped, no field is left unmapped.

API Connection or Webhook Setup

We connect your website to your CRM, email platform, payment gateway, or booking system using the appropriate method: native API, webhook, or middleware such as Zapier or Make. For Nepali businesses, this includes eSewa, Khalti, and ConnectIPS payment integrations and WhatsApp Business API for lead notifications and routing.

Form-to-CRM Flow

We build the end-to-end flow from form submission to CRM record creation, including hidden field injection for UTM parameters, source attribution, and page URL. Every lead that arrives in your CRM carries the full context of how and where it was generated.

Automation Setup

Once data is flowing correctly, we configure the automations that should fire on specific triggers: lead assignment, follow-up email, notification to WhatsApp, pipeline stage update, or task creation for your sales team.

Data Quality Checks and Deduplication

We set up rules to prevent duplicate records from being created, merge existing duplicates, and implement validation logic so that incomplete or incorrectly formatted data is flagged before it reaches your CRM.

Testing and Documentation

Every integration is tested end to end before handover. We document what was built, how it works, and how to maintain it, so your team is not dependent on us to understand the system.

What changes

Four things change when your website is properly connected to your business systems.

Before
After
Before When a lead fills in your contact form and the result is an email notification to your inbox, there is no CRM record, no automated follow-up, no assignment to a rep, and no data audit trail. The lead exists only as long as someone remembers to do something with the email.
After No manual copying. No missing data. Every form submission creates a complete CRM record with the contact's details, source attribution, page URL, and any custom fields your team needs to qualify and follow up.
Before A visitor clicks a Facebook ad, arrives on your website, and fills in your contact form. The UTM parameters that identified the source, medium, and campaign are dropped. Your CRM shows the lead with no source attribution. You do not know which campaigns are producing leads and which are wasting budget.
After UTM parameters are captured at the first click and passed through the form submission into the CRM. You can see exactly which campaigns, channels, and pages are generating leads that convert. That data lets you make decisions based on what is actually working.
Before Your form collects a name, phone number, and message. Your CRM has fields for company, role, service interest, location, and lead score. The form does not map to the CRM schema, so most CRM fields are blank. Your sales team works from incomplete records, which means slower follow-up and lower conversion rates.
After A new lead triggers an assignment to the right rep, a follow-up email, and a WhatsApp notification, all without anyone touching a keyboard. Deals move faster because the system does the routing, not a person.
Before The same person has submitted a form twice, purchased once, and emailed support. They exist as three separate records across two systems with different phone numbers and different names. No one knows which record is correct. Deduplication and merge logic is not glamorous work, but it is the foundation of a CRM that is actually usable.
After One contact. One record. Clean data. When your CRM reflects reality, your sales team can work from it with confidence, your reporting is accurate, and decisions are based on fact rather than instinct.
How it works

Four steps from audit to a working integration.

  1. 01

    Integration Audit

    Week 1

We review your current website, forms, CRM, and third-party tools. We identify every connection that exists, every connection that is missing, and every place data is being lost or distorted. You receive a written audit report.

  2. 02

    Integration Specification

    Week 1-2

We write a specification document that defines exactly what will be built: which fields map where, which triggers fire which automations, which systems connect via API or webhook, and what the testing criteria are. You approve this before we build anything.

  3. 03

    Build and Connect

    Week 2-4

We build the integrations according to the specification. This includes CRM field mapping, API or webhook configuration, hidden field injection for UTM parameters, automation setup, and deduplication rules.

  4. 04

    Test, Document, and Hand Over

    Week 4-5

We test every integration end to end using real and simulated data. We document everything that was built. We hand over to your team with a walkthrough so you understand what was built and how to maintain it.

Common questions

FAQ

We already use Zoho CRM. Can you connect our existing website to it without rebuilding the site?

Yes, connecting an existing website to Zoho CRM does not require rebuilding the site. We configure the integration on the back end using Zoho's API or webhook endpoints, update the form submission logic to pass data to the correct CRM fields, and inject hidden fields for attribution. Your website stays as it is.

We accept payments through eSewa. Can you connect that to our CRM or accounting system?

eSewa provides a payment API that can be connected to your CRM or accounting software via webhook or middleware. When a payment is confirmed by eSewa, the integration passes the transaction data to your CRM record or accounting platform automatically. We have built this connection for Nepali businesses across e-commerce and service verticals.

What happens if the integration breaks after handover?

Every integration we build includes documentation of what was built and how it works. If a third-party system changes its API, we provide a defined support period to diagnose and fix the issue. We also set up monitoring alerts where the platform supports them, so a failing integration is caught before it causes significant data loss.

Can you connect WhatsApp Business to our CRM for lead notifications?

Yes, WhatsApp Business API can be connected to your CRM so that new leads trigger a WhatsApp notification to your sales team or to the lead directly. We configure the trigger conditions, message templates, and routing rules to match your follow-up process.

How long does a typical integration project take?

A standard integration project, covering one CRM, one or two forms, UTM parameter injection, and basic automation setup, takes three to five weeks from audit to handover. More complex projects involving multiple systems, custom API development, or ERP connections take longer. We provide a timeline in the integration specification before work begins.

Your website is collecting data your CRM never sees

Every day your website runs without proper integrations, leads are being lost to manual process, attribution data is disappearing, and your CRM is filling up with incomplete records. An integration audit is the first step to understanding exactly where the gaps are and what it will cost to close them.
